Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Atlantic Source website at atlanticsource.net, scheduling a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atlantic Source, a home organization and design company based in Sussex County, Delaware.

Our Services

Atlantic Source provides custom home organization, design, and installation services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom closet design and installation
  • Murphy bed systems
  • Garage organization solutions
  • Epoxy flooring
  • Home office organization
  • Pantry systems
  • Unique and custom storage spaces
  • Shower enclosures

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location within our service area, which primarily covers Sussex County and Kent County, Delaware.

Consultations & Estimates

We offer free in-home design consultations at no cost or obligation. During a consultation, our team will:

  • Assess your space and discuss your needs
  • Take measurements of the project area
  • Create a custom 3D design rendering
  • Provide a detailed estimate for the proposed work

Estimates provided during consultations are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change if project specifications change or unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation. A formal written proposal must be signed before any work begins.

Project Agreements

All projects require a signed agreement before work commences. This agreement will outline:

  • Detailed scope of work and specifications
  • Materials, finishes, and design selections
  • Total project cost and payment schedule
  • Estimated timeline for completion
  • Any applicable warranties or guarantees

Changes to the agreed scope of work after signing may result in additional charges and adjusted timelines. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project agreement. General payment policies include:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project on our schedule
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the installation
  • We accept various payment methods as outlined in your project agreement

Warranty & Guarantees

Atlantic Source stands behind the quality of our work and materials. Our warranty coverage includes:

  • Lifetime warranty on custom closet and organization systems
  • Installation guarantee covering workmanship and structural integrity
  • Material warranties as provided by the respective manufacturers

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Specific warranty terms are detailed in your project agreement. To make a warranty claim, contact us directly and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Atlantic Source website — including text, images, graphics, logos, 3D renderings, design concepts, and code — is the property of Atlantic Source or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent. Custom designs created for your project are provided for your personal use in connection with the agreed-upon installation only.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality or security
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from our website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantic Source shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
