The Journal
Real Delaware transformations.
The spaces we’ve reimagined, and the stories behind them. Drag the sliders to watch everyday rooms become Space Well Spent.
Every project starts the same way — a space that isn’t working as hard as it could. Here’s what happens when it finally does.

Garage · Fenwick Island
A garage, reclaimed.
What started as an overflowing catch-all became a clean, fully-organized garage — custom cabinetry, slatwall, and overhead storage that got everything off the floor, with room to park the car again.

Custom Closet
A closet that finally fits.
We replaced a cramped, builder-grade closet with a custom system — double-hang sections, drawers, shelving, and a place for everything. Designed in 3D, installed in a single day.
Pantry · Under the Stairs
Found space, put to work.
An awkward void beneath the stairs became a hard-working pantry — pull-outs, adjustable shelving, and smart zones that make every inch count. Proof that no space is wasted.
Whole Home · New Construction
Four rooms, one team.
A brand-new house with nothing built in yet. Her closet, his closet, the pantry and cellular shades on the windows — designed together and installed by the same team, in one project instead of four. One visit, one quote, one company to call.
Custom Closet · Matte Black
The details you keep noticing.
White cabinetry, matte black rods and pulls, and a warm wood top over the drawer bank. Adjustable shelving floor to ceiling, a shoe tower sized to the shoes, and a pull-out scarf rack where a hook would have gone. None of it is standard, and all of it was the homeowner’s call.
Reach-In Closets & Pantry
The closets nobody photographs.
Not every project is a walk-in. Two bedroom closets got double-hang and a full-height adjustable tower behind the doors they already had. A pantry down the hall got the same system in espresso, with maple pull-out drawers. Reach-ins are where most homes quietly lose the most space, and they’re the easiest to win back.
