Shower doors & enclosures in Milton
Atlantic Source installs custom-cut glass shower doors and enclosures across Milton, from bathrooms fitted into restored Victorians in the historic district to new homes at Cannery Village and The Granary at Draper Farm. Every panel is measured to the opening, knee walls and odd corners included.
Shower Doors & Enclosures built for Milton
Restoring a home in the Milton Historic District usually means fitting a modern shower into a room that was never designed for one. That often leads to a knee wall or a corner that isn't square, which is where frameless glass earns its keep: panels are cut to the shape of the opening and clipped to the top of a knee wall, so the room stays open and the period trim stays in view.
New construction at Cannery Village and The Granary at Draper Farm brings the opposite question: what to do with a brand-new builder shower. Many owners swap the standard door for clear frameless or semi-frameless glass in a hardware finish that matches the faucets. We measure once the tile is set, have the glass cut to order, and install it in a few hours.
Shower Doors & Enclosures is one of many services we bring to Milton and Sussex County. Most projects start with a free in-home consultation, then glass and hardware options with a fixed quote — no obligation, no pressure. Shower Doors & Enclosures in Milton FAQ
Can you put glass on a knee wall in an older Milton bathroom?
Yes. A fixed glass panel can sit on top of a tiled knee wall, held by clips, with a door or a return panel beside it. It keeps water in while letting light through, which is why it works so well in older homes with smaller bathrooms. We measure the wall and the opening and cut each panel to fit.
Do you install shower doors in new Cannery Village and Granary homes?
We do. If the house is still being finished, we measure after the tile is fully set so the glass fits exactly. If you've already moved in, we replace the builder door with custom-cut glass fitted to your existing opening, usually without touching the tile.
Do you charge extra to travel to Milton?
No. As a family-owned Delaware company since 2005, we serve Milton and the surrounding Sussex County area with no extra travel charge. Every project starts with a free in-home consultation.
